NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following application:
REZONING
APPLICANT: Roberts Concrete/Cemstone Ready Mix, LLC
LOCATION: Parts of the North ½ along with parts of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 21, Township 30 North, Range 18 West, Town of Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin
ADDRESS: 1139 County Road G, New Richmond, WI 54017
REQUEST: Rezone 115 +/- acres from the R-2 Residential Zoning District to the R-1 Residential Zoning District with a Nonmetallic Mining Overlay District, pursuant to Chapter 15.545 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
