The caucus will be held on a date not sooner than January 2nd or later than January 21st. Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five days before the caucus. A community discussion will be held on Wednesday, October 9 at 6 p..m. . at the WITC Newichmond Camus (1019 S. Knowles Ave. regarding an autoport facility that is proposed to be constructed in the Town of Richmond by Wisconsin Central Limited, a susidiary of Canadian Naional. The purpose of the meeting is to compile a list of potential questions and concerns that local residents may have about the project. Following the meeting, a written summary list will be compiled and provided to Canadian National for their response.
A quorum of the Richmond Town Board and/or New Richmond City Council may be present. This meeting is for discussion purposes only and no formal action will be taken.
