TOWN OF RICHMOND ORDINANCE 2025-02

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A “NO-PARKING” ZONE ON 140^th STREET

The Town Board of the Town of Richmond, St. Croix County Wisconsin, hereby ordains as follows:

SECTION I: NO PARKING.  The Town Board of the Town of Richmond hereby establishes a no-parking zone along the eastern side of 140^th Street. Such zone shall extend from the junction of County Road “GG” and 140^th Street and extend north to the junction of County Road ‘K” and 140^th Street. The no-parking zone shall be enforced 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

SECTION II: SEVERABILITY. Should any section of provisions in this Ordinance be declared invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.

SECTION III: EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective upon adoption and publication or posting as provided by law, pursuant to Sec. 60.80 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
