Driveway Ordinance – Ordinance Number 2021-02

Notice is hereby given that at its August 12, 2021, Town of Richmond Board Meeting, the Town Board adopted Ordinance #2021-02. This ordinance regulates driveways in the Township, as to: Permit Requirements, Permit Applications and Procedures, Driveway Standards, Driveway Design Standards, Joint Driveway Standards, Temporary Driveway Standards, Waiver to Driveway Design Standards, Temporary Construction, Rural Address Sign Placement, Mailbox and Newspaper Box Placement, Obstructions in the Right-of-Way, Debris on Roadway or Town Property, and Enforcement and Penalties for violations.
