Notice of Resolution Adopting Ward Plan

Wisconsin Statutes sec. 5.15 requires municipalities to divide into wards. Every ten years, after census data is released, these wards must be reviewed and made to align with county supervisory districts. Currently all wards are part of county supervisor district 14. The new plan calls for Ward 3 to belong to supervisor district 3. St. Croix County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to review and adopt a final supervisory district plan via resolution on November 3, 2021. You may view the Town of Richmond resolution, map of wards, and population for each ward here.
