Notice of Meeting to Adjourn the Board of Review Due to Incomplete Assessment Roll: Town of Richmond, St. Croix County The Board of Review will meet on the 11th day of May, 2023 at 5:50 pm at the Richmond Town Hall for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.47(1). Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be immediately adjourned until Tuesday, August 15, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Open Book will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Comprehensive Plan Update: Input Requested

The Town of Richmond is updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan last adopted in 2011.  The plan update process is being facilitated by St. Croix County staff under the guidance of the Town Board of Supervisors, Plan Commission Committee, and Town staff. The process began in July 2022 and is anticipated to proceed through April 2023.

Residents are requested to complete an online survey by October 16th. Paper surveys are available at the Town Recycle Center during recycling hours on Thursdays and Saturdays. Postcards have been mailed to residents notifying them of the survey availability.
