Notice of Meeting to Adjourn the Board of Review Due to Incomplete Assessment Roll: Town of Richmond, St. Croix County The Board of Review will meet on the 9th day of May, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Richmond Town Hall, 1428 100th St. for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.47(1). Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be immediately adjourned until Monday, August 19, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Open Book will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Notice of the next Board of Review meeting will be published on the Town website, and posted at the Town Hall, Bob & Steve’s Amoco, and River Feeds. Town Survey Results

The Town of Richmond is updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan last adopted in 2011.  The plan update process is being facilitated by St. Croix County staff under the guidance of the Town Board of Supervisors, Plan Commission Committee, and Town staff. The process began in July 2022 and is anticipated to proceed through April 2023.

Residents were asked to complete a survey. SURVEY RESULTS HERE
