The Town of Richmond Official Map was adopted by resolution 2023-1 at the October 12, 2023 regular town board meeting. The map is intended to serve as a public record to indicate where the town is likely to require right-of-way, easements, or land for future roads, drainageways, utilities, etc. Official mapping is also a way to implement recommendations made in the comprehensive plan.
