NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 9, 2023, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2024 Budget, which begins at 6 P.M. at the Richmond Town Hall, 1428 100th St, New Richmond, A Special Town Meeting of the Electors, called by the town board, pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes, will be held for the following purposes: 1. To adopt the 2023 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2024 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1) (a) of the Wis. Statutes.
