Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election.  If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 9, 2023, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2024 Budget, which begins at 6 P.M. at the Richmond Town Hall, 1428 100th St, New Richmond, A Special Town Meeting of the Electors, called by the town board, pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes, will be held for the following purposes: 1. To adopt the 2023 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2024 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1) (a) of the Wis. Statutes.
