Notice of Meeting to Adjourn the Board of Review Due to Incomplete Assessment Roll: Town of Richmond, St. Croix County The Board of Review will meet on the 9th day of May, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Richmond Town Hall, 1428 100th St. for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.47(1). Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be immediately adjourned until Monday, August 19, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Open Book will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Notice of the next Board of Review meeting will be published on the Town website, and posted at the Town Hall, Bob & Steve’s Amoco, and River Feeds. At the election to be held on April 2nd, 2024 in the Town of Richmond, the following polling place locations will be used for the wards indicated:

Notice of Meeting of the Local and Municipal Board of Canvassers (MBOC)

At the close of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as a joint meeting of the Local Board of Canvassers and the MBOC for the purpose of conducting the local and municipal canvasses pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§7.51 and 7.53(1). This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81-89.

Notice of Meeting of MBOC to Process Rehabilitated Provisional Ballots

If provisional ballots have been issued and are subsequently cured by the voter before 4:00 p.m. on the Friday after the election, the MBOC must meet no later than the following Monday at 9:00 a.m. to process the cured provisional ballots.  This is a public meeting and requires applicable notice.
